💶 Deal-Score — is this listing a good deal?

The hard question for any buyer: "€X for this apartment — is that cheap or expensive for this exact street?"

How it works

You browse immobiliare.it in your own browser, click a bookmarklet, and a small local server places the listing in its OMI micro-zone, compares the asking price to the official €/m² for that zone, and returns a 0–100 score (STRONG BUY → AVOID).

No scraping, by design

No automated crawling, no anti-bot circumvention, no headless browser — the tool only reads pages you are already viewing, and stores them only on your own machine. Statistically rigorous engine with 57 passing tests.

Code & methodology: deal-score/ on GitHub. Scoring is calibrated for the Florence metro area.
